ABSTRACT:
Team realized that there are many different necessities required, also different parts of world could have different needs. This and other facts push team into thinking modular vessel.  Idea is to network of city like structures around the world which would operate as unique system. These cities would be equipped with everything travelers need.City like structures would be made out of modules. Modules would have same structure, but different purposes. So it would be easy to go for mass production and also we could make functional station with all of aspects necessary for comfortable life. For modules we would use stabilized SWATH technology. This would make system with perfect seakeeping and low resistance. Each module would have its own propulsion system in order to achieve maximum mobility. Stations would have necessary fuel and water for passing ships. Besides, this system would be efficient in case of emergency situations, it would be easy to quickly move and help people. Seaty would not provide basic needs only but luxurious content also. All in all seaty can be called a small village in the sea which can move as well. So it can be used as holiday resorts, stations for sailors and any kind of aid vessels in emergency situations as ambulance or supply vessels for food, medicines, fresh water and even energy. Besides the capacity of the station can be adjusted to specific needs by only changing the number of the modules used.
